HyperFest Shipping Policy

We ship fast, but we don’t bend space and time (yet). Here’s how shipping works for HyperFest merchandise.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted. During busy periods (new drops, event season, or when everyone decides they need a hoodie at once), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can obsessively refresh like the rest of us.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We do our best to get your gear to you as quickly as possible, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the capable hands of the carrier.

Translation: if the tracking says “in transit,” we’re rooting for it too.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. No surprise math, no hidden fees.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Typos are powerful. Defeat them early.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, HyperFest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If something goes sideways, contact the carrier directly—they have the scanners and the answers.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.


Event Timing Disclaimer

Ordering merch close to the event date does not guarantee delivery before HyperFest. If you need it for the event, we recommend ordering early—or grabbing merch onsite.
