VENDOR REGISTRATION INFO

Thank you for your interest in being a part of the HyperFest experience. In addition to the extensive three day schedule of on- and off-track activities at HyperFest, there will also be a variety of goods and products for sale and on display.  The unauthorized sale of merchandise in camping or other areas of the venue is not permitted, as HyperFest is committed to ensuring a successful event for all authorized vendors.

IMPORTANT VENDING SPACING NOTES

The actual dimensions of your booth space size are in feet (frontage x depth). Frontage is notated in the following dimensions:

Each space must include all elements you need for your activation (i.e. trailers, tents, kiosks, displays, vehicles, etc.). All vendor displays, vehicles, trailers, tents, and equipment must remain fully within the boundaries of the assigned booth space. Vendors are responsible for selecting a booth size that accommodates their entire setup.

Vendors requiring additional space must contact Amanda prior to registration to discuss availability. Due to high demand and limited vendor footprint, additional space is extremely limited and must be approved in advance.

Booth space cannot be expanded after registration. Vendors must operate strictly within the footprint reserved at the time of registration.

Camping spaces may be purchased separately. If you wish to camp behind your booth space, please contact Amanda for requirements and approval.

NOTE: There is nearby Satellite Parking for vendor support staff vehicles/trailers. Each vendor area is divided with a tent line in place and an area in front of the tents to display a booth car.

VENDOR SCHEDULE

Check in at the Vendor Tent at the main entrance to receive all necessary credentials, vehicle passes and festival map, then proceed to the HyperFest Information Booth to be directed to your Vendor Midway Location by our event staff.

THURSDAY

12:00PM-2:00PM (BY APPOINTMENT) / Tractor Trailers & Larger Trailers 

2:30PM - 6:00PM / All Other Displays

FRIDAY

7:00AM - 9:00AM (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - LIMITED AVAILABILITY) 

***NOTE: If you have a big rig, or will require more time to set up than is listed above, you must arrange for a scheduled arrival time before May 1st with the Vendor Coordinator, Amanda Skelly amanda@hyper-fest.com.***

Please have your booth staffed and ready for attendees at these times:

FRIDAY  10:00AM - 6:00PM / REQUIRED TO BE OPEN

SATURDAY  10:00AM - 6:00PM / REQUIRED TO BE OPEN

SUNDAY  10:00AM - 3:00PM / OPTIONAL VENDING HOURS

Because of the extensive schedule of on- and off-track activities, vendors are welcome to extend booth times and remain open in excess of the required hours listed above if desired.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT / SERVICE VENDOR INFORMATION:

Our vendor layout promotes foot traffic specifically to and through the vendor area all weekend long.  

Vendor booths and displays are present along the entire length of the Midway connecting the Patriot Course and Paddock (home to USDrift) to the VIR Full Course and North Paddock (home to NASA racing), with the SkidPad and Burn Out Pit located between these two tracks. 

Vendors are encouraged to sell products and provide services to our attendees who arrive ready with cash in hand.  Attendees are immersed in the HyperFest vending experience as they are continuously traveling through the Vendor Midway.

All Vendors will be represented on on our static “Virtual Vendor Row” page of the HyperFest website so that attendees know you’re attending in the months leading up to the event weekend!

HOW TO APPLY

You will select from the available options.  Spaces / Levels do sell out and we cannot create more spaces on the Vendor Midway.

In order to guarantee a spot and avoid any late fees, all vendor registrations must be received no later than Friday, April 24, 2026. In the event that you are inquiring past the deadline, please contact our vendor manager (Amanda@hyper-fest.com) to see if spacing is still available. We will try our best to have a confirmation email returned to you within 72 hours.
